      Here is everything you need to know about The Future Foundation's Return and Refund policy. These are exact instructions for all customers who are dissatisfied with their purchase. If you are not pleased with your purchase you may:

      1) Request one exchange or refund per item purchased. Please note that this item must not be worn and should include all original tags, stickers and packaging.

      2) Please email angel@thefuturedc.org with the Subject "Refund Request". In this email, please list the item(s) being returned, reason for return and the shipping tracking number.

      3) Upon confirmed receipt of the item, we will refund or exchange according to your refund email request.

    • SHIPPING INFO

      We aim to be as clear as possible regarding our shipping methods, packaging and cost. We only ship the items you have ordered according to the timeline that you have requested. We will not rush an item unless you request it and pay accordingly. Our shipping rates are flat in order to accomodate the small staff fulfilling each of these requests within the indicated time. We do allow individuals the opportunity to pick-up merchandise if they are local. Please note that our organization is based in Washington, DC.
